I started Synergistic Health Coaching to better help people reach their desired health and fitness goals using the latest research and techniques. Their goals can be as simple as improved blood markers, to improvement in body composition or even just improving in exercise performance. Through various approaches such as nutritional interventions, training considerations and areas such as sleep and stress management customized to the individual we will work together to help reach those goals and improve overall health.
My Services
This tier starts with an initial meeting to where we obtain base biometrics consisting of scale weight, BIA data and circumferences (3 site skin folds and blood pressure by request); as well as discuss goals and potential future actions related to what the client wants help and guidance with. The client will control their own meal plan and workout plan with guidance. Scale weight is updated weekly and other metrics updated monthly. This tier encompasses a weekly meeting to review and discuss the previous week in terms of current status and possible trouble shooting and overall further development of plans of actions. There is also daily encouraged communication to where client is encouraged to reach out as often as needed for support as well as I check in to better help with accountability and support. The monthly updated biometrics, if desired, is to better keep track of body composition if that is a part of the clients goals. Once a person becomes a client they will have access to my private Facebook page where I post various health and fitness tips, recipes and other various posts on different topics. Also, members in this page are encouraged to post and share for better community and overall accountability and support.
This tier offers all of the benefits from the tier 1 package including the Facebook page access, monthly biometrics (if desired), weekly meetings, daily communication and support; but now with a custom training plan that gets designed around the client’s goals, limitations, available time/schedule, and available equipment. These training plans can be written on a monthly basis (meaning 4 week blocks) or up to 12 week blocks. If an entirely new training plan is written each month this fee is applied each month. However, if you are doing say a 12 week block, you pay this fee for the initial month and then thereafter will pay the General Health Coaching tier 1 fee each month at $70 until your training plan is due for update. Then this fee will apply again to update your training plan. This approach works well when trying to save money as well as longer training blocks allow for more development!
This tier offers all of the benefits from the tier 1 package including the Facebook page access, monthly biometrics (if desired), weekly meetings, daily communication and support; but now with a custom meal plan. The idea of this tier is to better help the client learn macros and develop the habits of meal planning, prepping and tracking without feeling overwhelmed. The MyFitnessPal app is the app I use and is highly encouraged that the client use. This develops good awareness by entering meal plan data into the app and really helps connect the macros to the food items supporting better overall awareness. The meal plans are design based on the client’s likes and dislikes using recipes as well as quick easy items working to build up their app library overtime (as this will make meal plan development way easier and habitual once they start designing meal plans on their own). These are not cookie cutter plans, but plans based on what the client would want to eat using custom calories and macros based on their biometrics and activity levels. These will be updated weekly with the same menu each day as that is typical for basic meal prep week to week. Over time the meal plans will alternate with me writing one week followed by the client writing one the next week with guidance and continue like that until the client feels ready to tackle them on their own. When that time comes, they will drop to the tier 1 General Health Coaching again. It is important to note, I am a Sports Nutritionist, NOT a dietician and these meal plans are simply used as a learning tool to help connect macros and calories to foods for educational purposes customized to client and not to be used to treat any kind of medical condition as those will be considered, but not treated.

Health and fitness is not always about body composition, but also involves building a healthier self to support longevity and navigate life as we age. Although I will work with a wide range of ages and populations I do hold a special interest in learning more and developing my approaches to helping aging women as the changes our bodies face add extra strain on managing health in all areas. But through taking action and making real change in daily habits and routines that are sustainable navigating that time in life will be far easier and more successful. Of course the pathway will be different from each individual and sometimes trial and error has to occur, but working to find the best pathway for the individual is a passion I have and take very seriously. I have and will continue to adjust based on the most latest research and knowledge learned over time as health and fitness is always evolving as we learn more in this field.
