I love helping others not only with their basic fitness goals, but also with improving their overall health in terms of cognitive health, improved blood markers and improved body composition. Living a healthier lifestyle will aid in our future as we age and that matters to me. I work through fundamental approaches, but also work to customize to fit the client’s lifestyle as best as possible. I work to make all the actions done a lifestyle change that can be sustained through life and not act as quick fixes or short-term solutions. Embracing and learning to love the idea of being proactive and becoming a healthier overall person is the ultimate goal I have for all my clients. I offer various services that are within my scope to help the best I can with constantly evolving my approaches based on learned experiences and updated research. I work on a month to month basis meaning no long-term commitment is required. If you need only a months worth of help or a year, that time line can be adjusted as needed without the pressure of being locked into a long-term sign up.
